Arcadia Girl Scout House

Troops can check the availability of Girl Scout House properties in real time, book, and pay for reservations any time of day or night, up to three months in advance. 

For assistance with your reservation, email customercare@gsgcf.org with the Subject: Troop Camp Reservation or contact us during business hours, Tues. - Fri., 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, 800-232-4475, press 0 for reservation assistance. All reservations are subject to change/cancelation.

Please note: Troops MUST submit the appropriate Day or Overnight Trip Activity form when you have secured your property reservation date(s). Below are links to the forms for your convenience. Please allow 10 business days for processing and approval of the trip form. For any questions, please reach out to your Membership Engagement Specialist. (This requirement applies to members of Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida and does not apply to our out-of-council guests).
